InteliExpress

 

The international fast money transfer system InteliExpress was launched in Georgia in 2006. It is the first Georgian international money transfer system licensed in the European Union, Georgia, Ukraine, and other former Soviet Union countries.

InteliExpress’s expansion from Georgia to Greece, and subsequently to Italy, Cyprus, and Turkey, continued with a wide network of its branches represented in these countries. At the same time, through partner banks and systems, it is accessible in over 70 countries worldwide, covering almost every continent and continuing to expand its network.

InteliExpress represents a solid, growing financial institution that offers its clients various financial services, including money transfers, deposits to bank accounts, transfers to bank accounts in European Union countries via the SEPA system, utility payments, credit services, and more.

History

InteliExpress was founded in Tbilisi, Georgia; It was registered and received a license from the National Bank of Georgia.

InteliExpress opened its first branch in Georgia.

InteliExpress was founded in Athens, Greece; Received a license from the Central Bank of Greece.

InteliExpress opened its first branch in Greece.

InteliExpress expanded its network to CIS countries – Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, etc.

InteliExpress joined the Office of Foreign Assets Control; the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), the US Department of the Treasury.

InteliExpress has joined Dow Jones Risk and Compliance Feed “The Dow Jones Risk and Compliance Feed”.

InteliExpress offered its customers a new service – commission payments.

InteliExpress expanded its network to European countries – Italy, Spain, Romania, Holland, Belgium, etc.

InteliExpress expanded its payment network in Asia – Philippines, Indonesia, Israel, etc.

InteliExpress opened its first branch in Great Britain.

InteliExpress expanded its network in South Africa and Far Asia – Mongolia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mali, Madagascar, etc.

InteliExpress system became a member of SWIFT.

As a regulated financial institution, Intelexpress in Greece has received “Payment Institution Status” to provide payment services in European countries, Directive 2007-64-EC.

InteliExpress received a license from the National Bank of Ukraine as an international money transfer system in Ukraine.

InteliExpress has become an authorized payment institution agent in Great Britain.

In addition to being a remittance company, Intelexpress is registered as a currency exchange company in the UK.

InteliExpress has started operations in Great Britain as an agent of an authorized payment institution.

InteliExpress expanded its network in Italy and opened its own branch in Bari.

InteliExpress offered its customers a new service – send money today and pay tomorrow.

InteliExpress expanded its network in Turkey.

InteliExpress has offered its customers in Greece a new service – payment of utility services.

InteliExpress received a license from the National Bank of Kazakhstan as an international money transfer system in Kazakhstan.

InteliExpress expanded its network in Asian countries – Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, China.

InteliExpress was awarded the status of “important payment system” in Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine.

InteliExpress expanded its network in the USA.
